A: Payments and Cancellations Policy
If you don’t pay the deposit, any installments, or the final balance on time, we may cancel your booking.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments will be refunded as follows:
- 12+ months’ notice: 40% refund
- 10+ months’ notice: 30% refund
- 8+ months’ notice: 20% refund
- 3+ months’ notice: 10% refund
- Less than 3 months: No refund
You agree that our scale of retention of advance payments shall be deemed to be a reasonable pre-estimate of our losses arising from YOUR cancellation.
