What does Room Hire at the Penridge Suite Include?

  • Tables, Chairs, Table Cloths and Chair Covers (without Organza bow)
  • Use of Kitchen which includes Refrigerator, 2 x Six burner Cookers and Hot Cupboard. (No other kitchen equipment is included)
  • Stage for Head table
  • Starlit Backdrop behind Top Table
  • LED up lights
  • Duty Manager for the duration and Security officer from guest arrival to finish time

Below our some of the popular options and hours; however we will do our best to accommodate your needs and can be flexible, please contact us to discuss.

Duration

The duration of the Room Hire is 10 Hours
3 hours organiser access and 7 hours guest access

Set Times

Sunday to Thursday
Organiser access time 1:30pm
Guest access time 4:30pm
Music finish time 10:45pm
All patrons out by 11:30pm

Friday & Saturday
Organiser access time 2:30pm
Guest access time 5:30pm
Music finish time 11:45pm
All patrons out by 12:30am

Additional Notes

Penridge staff will position Tables with Table cloths and Chairs with Chair Covers
The Kitchen can be used for Storage of food and drinks and can only be used to reheat and the service of food that has been prepared off site. The Kitchen must be left as seen. A £300 charge will apply if the Kitchen is not left as seen.
