What does Room Hire at the Penridge Suite Include?
- Tables, Chairs, Table Cloths and Chair Covers (without Organza bow)
(Penridge staff will position & set up Tables, Chairs, Table cloths & Chair covers)
- Stage for Head table
- Starlit Backdrop behind Top Table
- LED White Dance floor
- LED up lights
- Duty Manager for the duration and Security officer from guest arrival to finish time
- Use of Kitchen which includes Refrigerator, 2 x Six burner Cookers and Hot Cupboard. (No other kitchen equipment is included)
- The Kitchen can be used for storage of food and drinks and can only be used to reheat and the service of food that has been prepared off site.
- The Kitchen must be left as seen. A £300 charge will apply if the Kitchen is not left as seen.
- All Caterers must provide their own black bags for rubbish that will require to be placed in the refuse bins provided.
- All caterers must provide us with their public liability insurance, food hygiene certificates and documents.

Opening & Closing Times
Monday to Thursday – 9 am to 11:30 pm
Friday to Sunday – 9 am to 12:30 am

Duration
The duration of the Room Hire is 8 Hours
2 hours organiser access and 6 hours guest access, music must stop 45 minutes before the finish time
The 8 hours must be incorporated within the opening & closing Times above
Example
Organiser access time 4:30 pm, Guest access time 6:30 pm
Music finish time 11:45 pm & all patrons out by 12:30 am
Extended Closing Times if Required
Friday & Saturday: 1:30 am Music Finish. All patrons must leave by 2 am
Sunday: 1:00 am Music Finish. All patrons must leave by 1:30 am
